The Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to the wellbeing and quality of life of our community.  We provide the best in programs, parks and services at a great value to our customers.  Brentwood has 252.67 developed acres of parkland, nearly 100 award winning parks and facilities, 19.2 miles of beautiful trails, and 63 miles of bike lanes.  We offer over 100 recreational activities and events for people of all ages and interests.

Request for Proposals - City-Wide Landscape Maintenance Services

September 17, 2020 

The City of Brentwood is seeking proposals for City-Wide Landscape Maintenance Services, including 1) Parks, 2) Lighting and Landscape Assessment Districts, and 3) Right of Ways ("R" Areas). Respondents can choose to submit cost proposals for one component of the work, multiple components, or all components. Proposals are due October 15, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. Please see attached letter inviting proposals, RFP document, and reference maps.
